Lynn Young, founder of Inner Image, will present, via Zoom, on how to properly workout to avoid injury, maintain your mobility, mental sharpness and dexterity as one ages. At Inner Image the programs are specifically designed to help one boost your energy, feel sharper, manage symptoms of illness and pain and to achieve a greater sense of well- being even as you reach into your 70’s, 80’s and beyond. The sessions address cognition, neuromuscular, musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, balance and mobility in a safe and effective manner. As people age into their mid-40’s and beyond, their fitness and nutritional needs become more diverse and they start to experience joint issues, loss of muscle mass, and increased hypertension. Most of the fitness industry and personal trainers are using antiquated concepts for training the mature adult.

In Embrace Your Inner Image you will discover the benefits of functional fitness and how Functional Aging Specialists use evidence-based techniques to assure that you age with strength and grace. RSVP with Janette Ledea at (626)242-3244.
